Payment Information

  • Payment can be made any time before the event at Harvest Christian Academy.
  • Checks must be made payable to WHTC and delivered to HCA by March 17th.
  • Cash can be paid at HCA before or on the day of the event.

I acknowledge that I am registering as a cooker of the 2023 Harvest Christian Academy 5th Annual Cook-off. I also acknowledge the below:
  • I have read the Champions Barbecue Alliance (CBA) Cook-Off rules.
  • I agree to abide by all rules set forth.
  • I understand Harvest Christian Academy will not be responsible for items left behind, theft, or damage.
  • I understand that holes or dug pits are not permitted and that cook teams are responsible for fully cleaning their area and leaving the grounds in the same condition in which they found it.
  • I understand that alcohol IS NOT PERMITTED on school grounds before, during, or after the event.
